On December 1, 2018 I had the honor to be a speaker at the Empower Women Media Summit at CBS Studios in Los Angeles. The Empower Women Media Network gathered over 75 participants from different faith backgrounds. The guest list included women from faith-based organizations, media production companies, NGOs, United Nation groups, Saddleback Church and Biola University, including Suzan Johnson Cook, the former Ambassador for International Religious Freedom under President Obama. The women represented the U.S, Canada, Belgium, Ireland, United Kingdom, Macedonia, Palestine, Iran, Morocco, Afghanistan, Rwanda, and several other regions of the world.
Marguerite Evans Ministries’ make over event promo was produced by women in the network and showcased at the event. Because of my fashion background the topic they gave me was “how to develop your signature look / how to be camera ready”. After my video I first shared on healing of the wounded heart. I remember my own struggles with self-esteem and self-worth and how God's love transformed my life. It was well received and a few projects are being considered including an invitation to do trauma healing training in Israel and the West Bank, online course and possible radio/tv interviews. Media is powerful in reaching people locally and globally.
I’m forever grateful how God healed the deep hurts in my heart and the many hearts I’ve seen Him transform over the last 24 years. Trauma is the biggest mission field of our time. People are desperate for emotional healing and freedom. Only He can take the broken pieces and create a platform to help others.
I had no idea that Moscow was such a beautiful city. The style of the buildings, the kind of lights and snow created incredible atmosphere. It was another world.
I had the privilege to minister in three orphanages in an area three hours away from Moscow. My friend Roksoliana opened the door for me.Read More
I had the honor to share and minister at the Stop Trafficking Seminar in Central Asia. One of the strategic leaders (an older lady) came to me after my session on healing of the heart, and with tears in her eyes she shared with me (through the translator): "During the prayer time today I was able to receive healing for the very first time for the pain I carried in my own heart." She was raped and abused as a young woman... His healing love so powerful and beautiful!Read More
Marguerite has had the privilege to minister at different churches across the USA, including East and West Coasts.
She’s also ministered to teens at at-risk youth shelters and juvenile detention centers and seen many receive Jesus and emotional healing.
I believe this is the Church's greatest hour. It is vital that we know who we are in God and who He is in us.Read More

Last weekend at the Mother-Daughter retreat, I shared 4 times and we had a 15min fashion show, I taught the girls how to walk on the runway :). At the end of my first session I asked them to ask the Lord a question and briefly shared how to hear His voice and then after the activation I realized that it was their first time hearing from the Lord. It was beautiful to hear how the Lord used pictures and how everyone heard from the Lord. The next day I felt I needed to teach some more on how to hear God's voice and the different ways God speaks.
It was amazing the very specific words, mothers and daughters, received for where they were at. Many cried.
Saturday we had a make over reveal for a local Christian Magazine. I did the prayer time Friday night. The lady was not sure about what was going to happen as she's never been able to get in touch with the pain from her past. She's seen counselors, has been on medication but not able to receive breakthrough. I said to her let's see what the Lord wants to do.... His love touched her heart and she had incredible breakthrough!! She got in touch with the pain from past memories, something she’s not been able to do before. It was amazing and so beautiful to see Jesus speak truth to her!! She was sobbing as we asked Jesus what He was saying about what happened to her... I could see how the truth was setting her free!! She looked completely different.Read More
My mother met me in Berlin, Germany. She came from South Africa to minister with me. This was an honor to me as my maternal grandmother’s family line is from Germany. It was special to spend some quality time together before we left for Lichtenstein (Old East Germany) to minister there. It is a beautiful area. It was interesting to see the affects the Berlin wall had but Praise the Lord for His freedom.
Our trip to NY was incredible! We ministered in 4 church services and on the streets as the Lord lead.
For some of the Teens on the team it was a turning point in their walk with the Lord. It brought so much joy to my heart to see them step out and give words to people from the front of the church and see people's hearts touched by it. One came to me before the first meeting as he didn't get anything from the Lord to share. We prayed with him and he received a powerful word. Was so amazing!!Read More

Amahle is the “fashion” part of Marguerite’s ministry. It means “the beautiful ones” in the Zulu language.
Marguerite has produced numerous fashion shows as that is the industry she worked in for many years and still loves doing it. She was a runway model for years and was crowned Miss Universe South Africa 1997 First Runner-Up. She also trained models during that time. She earned her International Diploma in Fashion and Beauty make up in 1999.
She trained the models for this fashion show; people of different ages and size categories. She produced and also choreographed the fashion show. The music and clothing "fashion" and honoring to the models and audience.Read More
When I stepped out of the plane the warmth of the humidity felt so good!
I had the honor to be a guest on the 700 Club Asia TV show and ministered to the CBN Asia staff in Manila, Philippines.
The producer said that after the show 486 people called in to give their lives to Jesus! Praise the Lord!!
It has been an incredible year. The Lord has done so much! I had the privilege to see many lives transformed by His love. Words cannot express my gratefulness for your support.
Recently I ministered for the third time to first generation Christians in their land. They are coming out of incredible bondage in what their culture (over 70% another faith) has taught them what is "normal". Most of the women I ministered to told me they have good fathers, but after asking only a few questions I heard familiar stories from this part of the world of how mothers and children have been abused physically, emotionally and also sexually by their own fathers, not to mention other family members and/or neighbors. Unless they receive freedom in Jesus, the cycle repeats itself.
I want lasting fruit that shifts culture, renewing of the mind (Rom 12:2). In one meeting while I was speaking, a lady stood up and said that she could not hold it anymore, she had to share. She shared some of her story and said to everyone that they need to look at how they are raising their children. They need to change it, according to God’s ways. That was a powerful moment. She got it. In every culture there are things that contradicts God’s word. There are even family traditions and habits past down generations and we do it because “that is the way it’s always been done”. It is important to ask the Lord to give us eyes to see if there’s anything that has become “normal” to us but does not line up with His best, His Kingdom mindset.
Sunday morning church
The pastor of the church (that is in process of registration) picked me up for the service in the morning.
The pastor was full of joy. He is a native and came to this city as it is the city with mostly native people and least Christians. Sounds like I met about half of the Christians during my time in the city of 400,000 people! I this city they translated me into the native language but in the other city it was into another language.
People arrived a few at a time. The word of where they were meeting was still getting out. They don’t give any info on phones. They still trust Skype and of course word of mouth. The room was packed and there was hunger for God in the room.Read More
My flight was redirected to a different airport due to, according to a local, the worst fog in 30 years in my transit city. My prayer was that it may it be a sign of His Presence! Because of the delay I was able to share with a young guy from another faith.
It was a God adventure. There were long lines of people trying to sort out their tickets but a man working for the airline took me to a check in desk with no line, which enabled me to just make my flight to the city I was flying to. His Favor!!
In the beautiful Island of Cyprus I did 4 make overs and was the speaker at a women's conference. The Lord did a deep work in each lady's heart, was so beautiful to see all the Lord did.
I arrived in Cyprus at Ercan Airport, which is on the Turkish side of the Island, the "Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus". We saw some UN troops and a sign "UN Buffer Zone Keep Out". We had to complete a form and get a stamp to cross the border and then the same on our return. We didn’t expect this, so it was an interesting experience.Read More
